At A New Day Family Counseling, we believe in healing individuals and the whole family when this is desired. We take a collaborative, client-centered and strengths-based approach and use brief, solution-focused and evidence-based treatment methods. Our therapists listen deeply, empathically and non-judgmentally and seek to understand your feelings and beliefs to help create a new and empowering story about who you are or who you want to be. We teach you how to identify old, limiting beliefs that interfere with your relationships, your sense of purpose, and inner peace. We work on healing that unhealthy relationship with yourself so that you may embrace a new one that is whole, genuine, and resilient.
We work on restoring your important relationships with authentic, safe and healing communication, teaching the art of compromise, and restore bonding and attachment that has been challenged by today’s complex difficulties and stressors. We attend to the family relationships and family system because this is often our most important human connection we have and our families have the power to hurt or heal us. We offer an array of programs and services designed to help you and your family navigate the complexities of today’s world feeling better, stronger and more well-equipped to cope with such issues as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to new circumstances, family conflict, disconnection or loss. We hope that you will spend some time on our website to see if there is something of interest to you that encourages you to take that next step of your journey to healing.
