Brianna Walczak, MSW

As an MSW, I am passionate about supporting young children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

My Experience

My clinical interests include working with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. I use a personalized approach to therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and play therapy to meet each client’s unique developmental needs and goals. I believe therapy should be collaborative, creative, and tailored to help clients build practical skills they can use both inside and outside of sessions.

My Experience & Approach

In addition to my clinical work, I have several years of experience working in school settings and leading care programs. My background in behavioral management and supporting children and adolescents has strengthened my ability to connect with young people, foster resilience, and partner with families to promote lasting growth.

I believe every client has the capacity to learn, heal, and thrive when provided with the right support and encouragement. I look forward to walking alongside you and helping you build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
