I am a dedicated, Spanish-speaking therapist with a passion for supporting children and young adults on their journey toward emotional well-being.

Experience & Approach

With over five years of experience working in school settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping students ages 5 to 18 navigate the unique challenges of growing up.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel like their best self. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to helping individuals build resilience and confidence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to guide clients in identifying and challenging anxious or depressive thought patterns, and in developing healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.

My clinical interests include anxiety and depression, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. Whether a client is struggling with self-esteem, peer relationships, academic pressures, or emotional regulation, my goal is to meet them where they are and walk alongside them in their healing process. I have a specialized interest in school refusal, grief and loss, and special education issues/concerns.
