My Approach
My work focuses on ADHD, grief, anger, anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges faced by military families. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help children and families build resilience and thrive. I provide culturally responsive care that bridges language and community gaps, fostering strong relationships. I am deeply committed to trauma-informed practices and empowering youth to build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and thrive in both their academic and personal lives. Known for my compassionate, strengths-based approach, I collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments where students can succeed socially, emotionally, and academically. I gained my experience in outpatient settings, community health settings and in public schools as a social worker.
