Josh Jouza, LPC, is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. He works with clients ages 12 and older, creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Experience
Over the last 8 years, Josh has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including crisis intervention, suicide prevention, substance use treatment, and private practice, giving him a broad perspective on the many ways people experience emotional struggles.
Approach
Today, Josh primarily provides individual, couples, and family therapy. He has extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other mental health conditions. His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
Josh believes that healing begins with feeling genuinely understood. He is committed to meeting clients where they are, building on their strengths, and helping them develop the tools and confidence needed to move forward. Whether someone is facing a difficult life transition, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or simply looking for greater balance and fulfillment, Josh considers it a privilege to walk alongside them in their journey toward healing and growth.
